3. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT LOW PUNCH.

4. TURN 180 DEGREES INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT DOWN BLOCK.

5. STEP FORWARD INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT LOW PUNCH.

6. TURN TO THE LEFT 90 DEGREES INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT DOWN BLOCK.

7. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT SIDE LOW PUNCH.

8. STEP FORWARD INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT LOW PUNCH.

9. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT LOW PUNCH. KIAI !!

10. TURN TO THE LEFT 3/4 OF A TURN MOVING ONLY THE REAR FOOT (FUNNY STEP) INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT DOWN BLOCK. THE RIGHT FOOT DOES NOT MOVE EXCEPT TO PIVOT.

11. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A SAME SIDE PUNCH.

12. TURN TO THE RIGHT 180 DEGREES INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT DOWN BLOCK.

13. STEP FORWARD INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT LOW PUNCH.

14. TURN TO THE LEFT 90 DEGREES INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT DOWN BLOCK.

18. TURN TO THE LEFT 3/4 TURN INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT DOWN BLOCK. THE RIGHT FOOT DOES NOT MOVE EXCEPT TO PIVOT.

19. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A SAME SIDE PUNCH.

20. TURN 180 DEGREES TO THE RIGHT INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT DOWN BLOCK.

21. STEP FORWARD INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT SAME SIDE LOW PUNCH. PAUSE FOR A COUNT OF 2.

22. TURN TO THE LEFT 90 DEGREES INTO A READY STANCE. COME TO FORMAL ATTENTION - BOW - RETURN TO A READY STANCE.

 

TAIKYOKO 2 (NIDAN)

(FIRST CAUSE)

1. FORMAL ATTENTION - BOW - READY STANCE.

2. TURN 90 DEGREES INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT MID BLOCK.

3. STEP FORWARD INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT SAME SIDE MID PUNCH.

4. TURN 180 DEGREES INTO A RIGHT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A RIGHT MID BLOCK.

5. STEP FORWARD INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT SAME SIDE MID PUNCH.

6. TURN 90 DEGREES INTO A LEFT FORWARD NATURAL STANCE AND DO A LEFT DOWN BLOCK.
