Entry for November 29, 2006
Jim was seen by Dr. Choti today. His opened incision sight should be closed and healed within the next few weeks. We will return to Hopkins around December 18th to discuss possible Chemo treatment. There was one lymph node out of eleven which contained cancer cells. Carole had her Lucentis shots this week and her eyesight in her good eye has improved to 20/60 corrected. There is much for which we are thankful. Jim and Carole's cat , Buster, also found his way home last week. A neighbor had seen the flyers Carole had distributed around the neighborhood and happened to be walking by their house. There was Buster sitting on the front step after being gone for around 2 weeks. This definitely relieved some unexpected stress on both Jim and Carole. They head back to their home in Rehoboth Beach tomorrow.
