Primary liaison between FDR and Advanta Duties include generating and analyzing operations indicators, resolving FDR related inquiries from other departments, providing support for new product implementation, maintaining and updating Product Control File and Cardholder Masterfile. Other duties involve ad-hoc queries of cardholder database, report generation, forecasting and controlling FDR expenses, statistical modeling. Directly involved in new product implementations. Member of the conversion team responsible for implementing new businesses. Worked as the Investar system liaison between Mutual Series Fund and PFPC. Assisted with system implementation during several conversions in 1994. Directly responsible for the implementation of imaging conversion for Mutual Funds processing.
