Performance and Upgrade Tips:

Make your Toyota even Better than when it left the factory!
1. Add some fog lights! : I recently added these killer foglights. They are the CSDs from CATZ and manufactured by FET-USA These bad boys are at least twice the stock headlights in terms of brightness, plus they have foglights! They fit perfectly in the air intake to the sides of the license plate frames of your '96 and up 4Runner. They are awesome. They can be securely bolted to the frame. Expect installation to run from $60-$80.
Color: Clear/Yellow, Clear, or Clear with Gold Bulb

Bulb: H3 12V 90W Gold Bulb

Illumination Angle: Fog 90 degrees Spot 19 degrees

Size: 3.46" (height) x 6.29 (width) x 2.81" (depth)

Here's how the Catz look installed in the factory location on my '96 4Runner.

A close up look at this Catz shows the two different lamps you get, the powerful driving lights to the right, and orange/yellow fogs to the left. Two in the place of one!

My friends at MacCar installed these Catz, and look at the clean installation of the switches they put into some accessory ports on the left side of my dash. On the left, the switch toggles between fog/drving lights and the green switch on the right turns the power on/off. It also lights up with a green LED.

2. Protect your doorsills from scratches! : You can protect your tender paint around the doorsills of any Toyota Truck or SUV with some great plastic strips from Ventshade. You can get them also fromPerformance Products through the mail. They are easy to install and have a clean factory look. Very nice!
3. Add a backup siren to your alarm system! : I just added a Clifford Smart Self Powered Siren to my 4Runner. It sounds along WITH your regular alarm, and is compatible with non-Clfford systems. In addition, it sounds if the battery is ever cut, diabling your current alarm siren. It has it's own battery and can WAIL for over 4 hours! Can you believe it? Plus, this sucker is LOUD! I have never heard anything like it. If you care about your truck you MUST have one. It runs around $50 and $20 for the installation. See Clifford's site for more info!
