Casey's Jeep Page
My Jeep and me at Deer Creek in Chillicothe. I was stuck, but not too bad. We had to dig a little and I drove it out.
This is my Jeep page. It is my first page, so I am learning. Eventually I will have better stuff on here, but until then you will have to just grin and bear it. I have a 1978 CJ7, 2.5" Superlift Superide lift, Currie greasable tow shackles, Rancho RS9000 shocks, Rancho RS5000 steering stabilizer, custom on-board air (York compressor), 304, 3 speed, 32x11.50 ATs, rattle can camo paint job. Soon to come are BFG 33 x 12.50 Mud T/As, swaybar disconnects, Detroit gearless locker for the AMC 20, and either Moser 1 piece axleshafts or the Warn full floater kit...I can't make up my mind. Always upgrading, it's a money-pit, but it's what I do. I guess it's a JEEP Thing...

This is another day at Deer Creek. It had been raining a LOT and the creek was up a LOT more than normal. That's my friend Jon Crawford standing on the hood. The other side was worse. I did not drive out of this one. It took about 5 hours, a lot of pulling, Eric Whitten's Ford getting stuck, and finally a big Ford with 35's to get my Jeep unstuck. It was a blast!
This was the same day as the previous Deer Creek pic. It is at Sowers Road out 180. This was the biggest hole on the trail, and my first time for this run. I was late getting there so the others were way ahead of me and I was playing catch-up. I didn't get to see which line they took so I just tried to barrel through it. I almost made it, but a big log at the end of the hole grabbed hold and didn't want to let go. I eventually changed it's mind!
