Howdy, We have been reading, researching and hunting treasure for many years throughout the Uintah Mountains and surrounding areas.  We have discovered a lot of the treasure sites we have read about in the books that have been published.  However,  someone has always beat us to the gold.  Provided it was even there to begin with! We enjoy finding the faults, misgiven directions, and flat out whoppers, that have been published by many of the authors.  But please keep in mind, this is our opinion.  We have seen many authentic artifacts,  and our share of fakes as well.  We have seen many authentic signs and marking on trees and rocks, as well as many modern examples by people with no respect for history. We not only hunt for Spanish treasures, but also for treasures of the more ancient people as well.  As this page grows, we plan on adding pictures and stories of our adventures.  If you agree or disagree, with any of our opinions, please feel free to e-mail us.  Your opinions and insights may be helpfull to all of us.
