Location Set Exteriors
With the kind permission of the photographer and narrator Kimberly we are delighted to treat you to some pictures of the exterior shot sets, located in Dallas, that were used in Sons of Thunder.
As you can tell, everything has been neatly boarded up. The blinds are still in the windows and it appears like they plan to be back. They have taken the Uppercuts sign down, but the hinges are still there.
I am not sure if you can see it in the scan of the pictures, but in the 3rd window, there is a lamp. In "Lost & Found" you can see the lamp when Kim goes into Trent's office to tell him they need to go downstairs and question the little girls mother. And you can also see it later, when Trent is walking out of his office, putting on his jacket.
The cars you see in the background are people who work in the area.
They are turning the building into 15 loft apartments at this time. When I went by this last week, it appeared that they intend to leave the front doors as is, but I could be wrong.
The cars you see belong to the people who are working in the area. The yellow thing you see in this picture is covering up a
picture of me. I can't stand having my picture taken and I especially can't stand others seeing it ! :-) {editors note -- I hear ya Kimberly! Me too!! Haven't had my picture taken since 1975}
