American Pie 2
I debated with myself for a long time what I was going to do about this when it came time for it to show on cable, if I was going to post it or not. I mean, they did cut Marco Sanchez's main scene, yet you do get a very brief glimpse of him, so technically he IS in it...
I finally decided I would just post it is going to be showing on Starz! Theatre (it is listed as Starz2 in some schedules) in September, 2002, and give the link to the Starz page for the listing for times. I figured this way, if you are interested, you will know it is on.

I am warning everyone, you can barely see him and it is hard to tell it is Marco. I suggest you tape it 'cos you are going to want to rewind a few times and even then you are going to be hard pressed to recognize him.
What you are looking for:
About an hour and 15 minutes into the movie (and that time is approximate) there is a scene between Heather (Mena Suvari) and Oz (Chris Klein) talking on the phone. She is lying on a couch, he is lying on a bed while they are talking on the phone. In the middle of the conversation, Heather's flatmates come into the room, one of whom is Marco. Marco is wearing a blue shirt and carrying a bag of soccer balls which he puts on the couch/Heather's legs. The character's name is Marco also and she does say his name, so this makes the scene a bit easier to identify.
Captain Planet
Marco Sanchez did some voice work on the cartoon "Captain Planet". There are reruns of this currently showing on the Cartoon Network.
Cartoon Network is showing the episodes close to in order. I have no idea just how many shows were are talking about that he was "in" (did voice work for) but he is only listed in the "cast" for the season three shows. I have found a TV listing that lists the shows that are showing ahead of time and I will announce here when season three is scheduled to start.
"Captain Planet and the Planeteers" shows on the Cartoon Network Tuesday-Friday at 5:30am EDT.
The Rookie (on DVD and VHS)
This movie, which features Marco Sanchez as Sanchez, is now available on DVD and VHS.
You should be able to find it wherever videos and DVDs are sold since it is a family movie.
