It doesn't take an expert to figure out this is a
fake carving of a turtle, made by some modern day
spaniard, dont let this
one fool you in the future, (picture compliments of
the Prospector)

I have been in areas where there has not been any
markings on the trees, only to return a year later
to find these freshly made symbols. In 5 to 10 years
they will look old, and will probably send some
unsuspecting treasure hunter on a wild goose chase,
or will probably end up in somebody's spanish treasure
hunting book. Keep your eye on this cross, carved
into this pine tree, someday it too may make it into a
Spanish Treasure Hunting Book.

And still another obvious phoney carving on a pine
tree of a Flower and a Diamond, some Authors have
said that the Flowers are really Maps to the lost
Mines.

These items have been shown around as real, I dont
know about the bar and the two round Spanish coins,
but I do know for a fact that the two gold nuggets
are copper nuggets, that have been gold plated, and
the other two Spanish coins on the left, are sterling
silver
replica's made from a coin that came from the spansh
ship the Atocha. How do I know they are fake? because
I lent them to the guy that is showing them around as
real, and he never gave them back. So my bet is the
whole thing is phoney

I figured if other people could have phoney pictures,
so could I, so here it is, it looks like I found a
Spanish Sword and Breast Plate in this Cave "WRONG"
even though the breast plate and sword are real I didnt find them. See Spanish Breast Plate for the real story.

Here is another one of my phoney pictures, gold
nuggets and spanish coins, I took the picture in the
mountains, and threw in a sword and the bottom half
of the breast plate so that it gives the illusion
that I found
them, "WRONG" they are fake, what I am trying to get
at here is dont beleive everthing you hear, and only
believe half of what you see. I could let you hold
these fake nuggets and spanish coins, and tell you
they were real, and make up a big story to go along
with them, and more than likley you would believe me
and never Know the difference.
P.S. If you would like to have some of your own fake
nuggets and spanish coins e-mail me.

This stone head was found in a river near Kanosh, UT.
and was origanlly thought to be authentic, but it
turned out that a stone cutter from that area, made
it and put it in the river, to let it age a little,
when he went back to pick it up several months
latter, it was gone. When he heard of all the
excitment going on over the remarkable find, he felt
embarrased over the whole situation, so it took him a
while before he came forward with the truth.

The owner of these lead plates, with writting on
them, has told me three separate stories over a
period of time as to where they came from, and I have
listened to him tell several other people different
stories. Thats the problem with telling stories, you
cant remeber what story you told who. My bet is they
are fake, a scientific test could be made on these
plates to prove me right or wrong, but my bet is,
that will never happen.
