Here are a few fun scripts. (Click view / (page) source on your browser to see the code of the scripts on this page)
Site status: Mirror Site is Main site is
This backup version of my main site was created

*Auto-scroll text. To see it in action, click here Dude.
*Display Modified-date of web page.
Here it is--> <--Note: This script may not work properly on Geo-cities pages if you have a server-side banner on the same page (to prevent the Geo-cities "pop-up windows") since the pages are updated "on the fly" and hence the script detects this and will always display the current date. It will work in all other situations however.
*Determine and display which browser is being used to view this page. Here it is --> <--
*Display days elapsed. How many days has it been? Here's a script I modified. The original version used to generate stuff like "0 days" and "1 days". I modified it to return "today" and yesterday" instead. Here it is--> I tried to quit smoking <--since March 7, 2000.
*"Countdown" script. It goes something like this--> <--(Using Jan 1, 2001). I modified it to use red letters for "the day before" and to display a special message when the countdown date is reached.
*Track visitors number of visits to a page. I use this one on my main page. This uses a "cookie". This script will work as long as the user doesn't "lose his cookies"... ha ha ha... that sounded kind of funny...
*Display Random images. I have a script on my main page which will randomly display one of 19 different logos at the top of the page. Just refresh the page and you should see a different logo appear.
*Back to previous page. This is a simple navigation script that will take a surfer back one page by using the browser cache. It goes something like this--> Back to previous page (in browser cache)

Take me home

Be sure to check out the pathetic work of Ed Runions and Jason Runions of “Wet Paint” aka “Wet Paint And Design” aka “Runions Home Renovations” as they attempted to paint a house (and failed miserably)...

Painters from hell!! Take me to hell!!
