Technical Information

Our natural gas lights operate on a tuned combustion chamber theory. All light frames are hand made from 20gs. copper (.032), hand riveted with copper tinner rivets. The valves and screws are solid brass, springs and screens are stainless steel to ensure long life.

Glass used in our lights are double strength plate, mounted with bumper pads to allow expansion of the glass and to remain in proper placement of the glass. The cushioned glass is secured by angled copper retainer strips and brass screws to be wind reisitant, an important factor in open flame gas lightning as occasional outages are possible.

All brackets are hand made of solid steel construction, specially cleaned, primed with zinc chromite primer, and finished with a tough polyurethane enamel.

Our burners are hand crafted to reproduce various flame designs.
