A simple spell for the elements. ~From Stormdance~
Water: the obvious.
Air: blow on it, blow bubbles in it with a straw, stir it up fast so
some air gets mixed in.
Earth: dirt or salt.
Fire: light a match and stick the burning end in.
And then you say some verse or words calling on the elements to help you, my favorite is "Earth Air Water Fire, aid me in what I desire" and then more, about what you're trying to do.
