Cassie Blake

Cassie selects a blue candle that smells like bayberries. She forgets to take the matches and exmplifies her quality by lighting the the candle with her fingers (a trick they thought was unique to Faye) before naming inspiritation.

Blue is considered to be the anecdote to red so it is not surprising that Cassie will have to go head to head with Faye. Blue is a cooling color, but it is important to note that the more blue the flame is, the hotter it is as well. Lovers of blue are aspiring, creative, and artistic. Cassie expresses her "blue"-ness through poetry. Blue-lovers are also very loyal, and Cassie is torn between loyalty to her friend Diana and her love for Diana's boyfriend.

Cassie's working crystal is the pale blue-grey chalcedony rose Adam, Diana's boyfriend, gives her. Other blue gems include saphires and blue topaz. Saphires aid in clairvoyence, divine wisdom, and prophesy. Blue topaz adds spiritual strength, and is a healing stone.
