Faye Chamberlain

In the ceremony, Faye selects a red candle smelling of cinnamine. She names "passion" as her quality.

Red is the color of blood and fire, roses and poppies. It is associated with love, passion, desire, sex, and anger. One who loves the color red is an ambitious leader with fiery ideas and a hot temper. A red-lover is impulsive and daring; they will do anything to move ahead in the world. Faye, for example, plots against her very own flesh and blood. Nothing, not even her loving cousin Diana, will stand in the way of Faye's desire to be the coven's leader. She also has a way with fire.

Not surprisingly, Faye has chosen a red stone to be her working crystal: the star ruby. Rubies intensify love, compassion, and desire. They are also high energy stones for boldness. What better to aid Faye in claiming leadership of the coven? Another red stone, the garnet, draws out similar virtues and can make one more attractive to members of the opposite sex. Faye uses both rubies and garnets to help her seduce unsuspecting young men, such as in her fave game "Pizza Man, He Delivers."
