All from musical families including two of David Bellamy's sons, who started band at 15. Jesse is singer/songwriter-influenced. Noah is jazz-influenced [Coltrane,Joe Pass] Add veteran drummer & Ska-leaning bass player & group of self-penned songs & get a distinctive musical experience. 8pm $5

 

5/23 Susan Tedeschi Band Boston based blueswoman w/stinging guitar work & charismatic, intense vocals . Berkeley Music grad. at age 20, has been blowing away audiences on East Coast- -Headed for big time. Sean Costello, at 17 impressed a Skipper crowd w/fast & furious fret work, plays lead guitar w/deep blues sensibility.

Gove Scrivenor Began in East Coast coffee house in late '60's. Out of Nashville in 70's, toured with Jimmy Buffett, Delbert McClinton & recorded Shady Gove featuring Doc Watson & John Hartford, etc. In Nash., has well-established reputation as session man, between boatbuilding chores.
