There's no easy way to sum up what may appear here. Whatever I feel like pondering or what's going on in my life is fair game to put on this page. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I can't take any of it seriously. This scandal has no connections to Cincinnati.
Previous scandals that are linked in some way to Cincinnati
Jerry Springer was once mayor, council member, and newscaster
Larry Flynt is another former resident
Robert Maplethorpe's art was heavily protested
the photographer of OJ's gloves is also from Cincinnati
Perhaps I've missed something about this issue. My computer came with MSIE in it. I rarely use it to browse, although sometimes I use it when I'm editing my webpages to see how they will look in browsers other than Netscape. My computer also came with a Compuserve program which included Mosaic, which I have used once. AOL has provided me with an AOL-friendly version of MSIE, but I still don't use it. MSIE is so slow and picky.
I've used several versions of Netscape, all of which I got by going to Netscape.com and downloading them. Anyone can do the same thing....or buy one in the store. I've seen programs about this issue where panalists pointed out this very fact. The host responded that most people aren't computer saavy enough to do that!!! The host obviouly forgot that many webpages have links to Netscape (and MSIE) on them, that even the "computer un-saavy" person will run into a link to Netscape and won't have to search for the Netscape (or MS) url.
