February 2005 -- Cole is doing excellent and touching the lives of everyone he comes in to contact with. He is being schooled at home and is continuing his physical therapy. He is getting stronger physically, intellectually, and spiritually everyday! God Bless!

Cole is doing much better! Everyday he does something that shocks his doctors and delights his family and friends. He is regaining his fine motor skills and just this weekend (September 27-28, 2003), he whispered his first words since the accident. Physical therapy, along with everyone's prayers and happy thoughts, are helping him tremendously. His next hurdle will be to learn to walk again. Hi Everyone! Pictured above is the adorable, 5 year-old Cole Sasser from Lake Providence, Louisiana. Cole needs your help. While Cole and his older brother, Justin, were visiting their father, they were involved in a serious car accident in Kentucky. Cole was severely injured from being ejected from the car. He sustained head and lung trauma and was in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville since Tuesday, August 5, 2003, fighting to recover. So, instead of starting Kindergarten with his friend, Cole is lying in a hospital bed.

Cole was just transferred, August 15, 2003, to St. Francis hospital in Monroe, LA, for rehabilitation and to be closer to his friends and family. Cole has a rough road ahead of him and he desperately needs your prayers and good thoughts to help him on his journey. Please take a moment to include Cole and his family in your prayers.
