Corn & Shrimp Soup

1/4 cup oil
2 Tbl. flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans cream style corn
1 can whole corn
dash of sugar
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, seasoned with Tony's, salt & pepper

Instructions: Make roux with oil and flour. Add onions, peppers and celery and
saute til soft.
Add tomato sauce, corns & sugar. Cook until thick. (about 15 minutes)
Add shrimp and cook til shrimp are pink. Add 1 1/2 quarts water and bring to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
