Cheesy CrabMeat Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 cup thinly-sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 T. water
1 can condensed creamy natural potato soup
3 c Milk
6 1/2 oz Can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
(fresh crabmeat is better if available)
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped Parsley

Combine celery, onion and water in a 2 qt pot.
Cook on medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes
or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soup, milk, crab,and cheese.
Cook uncovered until heated through.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
