Oyster Soup
Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups oysters
1/2 cup oyster water
Instructions:
Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of oil in 2 quart pot.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. On medium fire cook until most of the the
water has cooked out.
Add oysters and oyster water. Continue cooking for 20 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
Add 2 quarts water and bring to boil.
Salt and pepper to taste. Tony's may also be added.
Lower fire and cook for one hour, adding water as needed.
Add spaghetti and boil until done.
