Pistolettes

1/4 pound butter
1 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup shallots, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 large can pet milk
1/2 pound velveeta cheese
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 pound shrimp, boiled and ground
1/2 pound crab meat
1/2 tea. salt
1/2 tea. pepper
1/4 tea. garlic, minced
Tony's to taste

Saute vegetables until wilted.
Add milk and water and seasonings.
Bring to a slow boil.
Add cheese.
When melted, remove from heat.
Add shrimp and crab meat.
Fill prepared pistolettes.
Bake at 350 degrees until hot.

To Prepare Pistolettes:
Fry Pistolette bread. Drain and slit bread on top.
Spoon insides of Pistolette to the side and fill with cooked mixture.
