Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole
1 cup cooked rice
10oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 block butter
1 medium onion, chopped fine
4oz. velveta cheese, cubed
3oz. jalepeno cheese
Saute the onion in the block of butter until onion is soft.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and both cheeses. Cook on low heat
until the cheese is melted and well blended.
Remove from heat. Add rice and broccoli. Mix well.
Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
