Cheese & Rotel Dip
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can rotel tomato
2 pounds Velveeta Cheese
Brown the ground beef and strain.
Return to pot and add the can of rotel.
Cook on medium heat untilt he water is reduced by half.
Lower fire.
Cut the cheese in cubes adding it to the meat
a few cubes at a time while it melts.
Continue adding cheese until it begins to thicken.
Serve warm with chips.
