Shrimp Fettuccini
2 pounds peeled shrimp
1 pound crab meat
1 cup butter
3 onions, chopped fine
1 pint half and half
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup onion tops
2 cups cold milk
3 T. cornstarch
12 oz fettuccini noodles, boiled and drained
Add small amount of olive of to noodles
Saute onions in butter, Don't brown.
Add shrimp, parsley and onion tops.
Cook until pink.
Add the half & half and cubed cheese.
Put on low fire to melt the cheese.
Mix the cornstarch with the milk.
Add after the cheese has melted. Stir well.
Add crab meat. Season with Tony's and Garlic Powder.
Cook uncovered until desired thickness.
Serve over fettuccini noodles.
