Pecan Tarts
1 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tea. vanilla
1 Tbls butter, melted
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Crust:
Cream cheese and margarine. Add flour slowly.
Seperate into 24 balls and press into tart tins.
Filling:
Mix remaining ingredients blending well.
Put about one tablespoon in each tart.
Bake 12 min. at 400 degrees.
