Pumkin Roll

This is my Mom's recipe. People from across town ask her to call them
when she makes it. It's one of her best.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup prepared pumkin
1/2 tea. all spice
1/2 tea. cinnamon
1 tea. lemon juice
1 cup flour
1/2 tea. baking soda

Instructions:
Beat eggs for 5 minutes or until fluffy.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add all other ingredients a little at a time until well mixed.
Put in well greased pan......
Top with finely ground pecans.
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown...

FILLING
Mix well 8 oz. or more of cream cheese,
2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tea. vanilla.

When cake is cool flip over onto foil that has been
sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Spoon the filling on cake.
After filling is spread, roll from end to end.
