Sweet Potato Crunch

Ingredients:
3 16oz. can Sweet potato, Drain two of the cans
3/4 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs beaten
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Instructions:
Mix all ingred. mashing well....Put in oblong glass baking dish...

TOPPING
Mix the following in a bowl.. ( I make a double batch)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
3/4 stick butter{softened}
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup pecans...
Place on top of mashed potatoes...
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour..
