Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice
2 boxes frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped fine
8 oz velvetta cheese cubed
8 oz cheddar cheese graded
Instructions:
Saute onions in butter until soft, add soup and water...
stir well, until smooth.
Add velvetta cheese, stirring until smooth..
Add broccoli and stir well....
Fold in rice.
Pour in oblong baking dish,, top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
