1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped onion tops 1 block butter 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Cream of Onion Soup 1/2 can Rotel Tomatoes 1 pound peeled shrimp 2 cups raw rice Saute all greens in butter until soft. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink. Remove from heat. Add Soups, tomatoes and rice. Mix well. Place in casserole dish and cover.
