Crawfish Chowder

1 Large Onion
1 Large Bell Pepper
1 Stick Butter
1 Pound Crawfish Tails, peeled and washed
4 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans yellow cream style corn
2 cans milk (using the soup cans)
1/2 teaspoon liquid crab boil

Sauté onions and bell peppers in butter until tender...
Add crawfish and sauté for about 20 mins. on medium heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook approximately 20 minutes,
uncovered, on low heat.... Salt and pepper to taste....
If available in your area, add 1 capful liquid crab boil
the last 20 minutes of cooking time..

For those of you who have no crawfish......it is also good with shrimp...
