Sausage and Mushrooms
2 pounds fresh sausage
3 T. butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 large can whole mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon Bar Be Que spice
Instructions:
Fry sausage and drain fat.
Cut into 1 inch pieces and set aside.
Melt butter in seperate pan.
Add Worcestershire sauce and cook till boil.
Add sausage and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with tooth picks on the side.
Great as an appetizer.
