Turkey Cheese

4 lbs. turkey necks, boiled and deboned (save broth)
4 cups turkey meat
6 cups turkey broth
4 packs knox gelatin, disolved in two cup cold broth
1 cup green onion, chopped 1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon season all

Mix all ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occassionally.
Put in pan sprayed with Pam.

I boil the turkey necks in a pressure cooker for one hour.
