Haitian Vodou Flags
The flags are heavily sequined and are beautiful. The photos just can't do them justice. The flags are used to help bring the loa (or lwa) into the ceremony.
This Haitian Vodou flag for Damballah hangs in the Historical Voodoo Museum on Dumaine Street in New Orleans.
This flag, also in the NOVM, is for Baron Samedi.
