Don't be alarmed when you can't see any of the existing files in your GeoCities directory, because they are not in the /pub/homestead file. Just drag the selected files from your hard drive, and drop them in the /pub/homestead directory. Again, you will not see any files in this directory. The only drawback to FTP at GeoCities is that it will take about ten minutes for the files you uploaded to appear in your GeoCities directory.
