An AOII Alumnae Woman of Leadership Award honors alumnae who clearly demonstrate outstanding leadership both inside and outside of AOII. This award is given at Leadership Institute.

A Rose Award honors alumnae who serve AOII solely because of their devotion to the Fraternity, its members and its ideals. The Rose Award says "Thank You" to these loyal alumnae for their lifetime commitment of continuing interest, assistance, and dedication to AOII. This award is given at International Convention.
