In bowl, mix 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cut in 1/2 cup unsalted butter until crumbly. Stir in 2/3 cup milk. Knead lightly. | Preheat oven to 450°F. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface. With hands, pat to 1/2 inch thick rectangle or roll with lightly floured rolling pin. | Cut into 16 squares. Place on a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until browned. |
