Bisquick to equal 6-8 servings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup dried basil
1/2 cup dried tomatoes, marinated in oil
Extra olive oil to drizzle
Mix ingredients together to form a dough.
Knead, press into a round. Dimple with fingers.
Place on a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet.
Drizzle oil over. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper
and grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 425° F. 15 minutes
or until brown.
