STRAWBERRY BREAD
Using fresh strawberries

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine the last 4 ingredients in a medium
bowl and stir into the dry ingredients. Spoon
into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake
for 1 hour. 1
