1/3 cup molasses
1 Tbs. instant espresso powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
ONE AND ONE-HALF POUND LOAF:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/2 Tbs. instant espresso powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oatmeal 1 cup whole-wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
Mix and bake according to manufacturers directions.
