1 cup chocolate chips
24 chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground(1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup melter butter
2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 tablespoon + 3/4 cup sugar, divided (1 tbs// 3/4 cup)
3 packages (8-ounces each)cream cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream, divided (1/4 cup// 3/4 cup)
6 Snickers Bars, 2-oz. each, cut crosswise, 1/4" thick
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
Wrap outside of pan with foil. In a bowl set over a pot of hot water,
melt chocolate. Keep warm. Combine next 3 ingredients with 1 tablespoon
sugar. Press into bottom and 12" up the sides of pan. Refrigerate
10 minutes. Bake 5 minutes. Coo. In bowl with mixer at medium speed,
beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in flour and remaining sugar
until combined. Beat in eggs and yolks, 1 at a time. Pour half of the
into another bowl. With Mixer on medium speed, beat 14 cup sour cream
and reserved chocolate into batter in bowl. Beat remaining sour cream into
remaining batter. Pour white batter into crust. Arrange 2/3 of the Snickers
slices over top. Pour chocolate batter over. Place in a baking pan
on oven rack.
Fill baking pan with water.
Bake 55 minutes. Turn oven off and let
stand in oven for 1 hour. Remove from water. Remove foil. Cool completely
in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight. Top with remaining Snickers.
Time in the kitchen...25 minutes.
Ready to serve in 6 hours, 10 minutes.
