COLD ESPRESSO DRINKS

"ESPRESSO FLOAT"
Double espresso (4 oz.)
1/4 cup milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Sweet chocolate powder
1 cinnamon stick for garnish

Pour the espresso into a tall
glass. Add the milk and ice cream
and top with whipped cream and
chocolate powder. Garnish with
cinnamon stick.

"ESPRESSO ICE CREAM SODA"
Pour espresso and 1 ounce half and half
over ice. Add 1/2 cup carbonated water
or cola. Top off with one scoop vanilla
ice cream.
"DOUBLE ICED MAPLE ESPRESSO"
Stir 4 tablespoons of maple syrup into
a double espresso. Pour over ice cubes
and top with whipped cream.
"PARK AVENUE ICED ESPRESSO"
Pour 1 shot of espresso into a tall glass.
Add ice. Add 1 ounce of Vanilla Flavoring
Syrup. Fill with soda water.
"ESPRESSO VANILLA DELIGHT"
(4 servings)
8 ounces espresso
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 cup whipping cream

Combine espresso, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
Stur until sugar is dissolved. Chill. At serving
time, place ice cream in glass and pour espresso
mixture over it. Whip cream, sweetening with
sugar to taste.
