1 demitasse cup of espresso
(2 oz.)
1 cup hot chocolate (8 oz.)
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange
peel
a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon
Mix espresso and hot chocolate.
Whip cream and fold in orange
peel and sugar.
Top espresso drink with
whipped cream and
sprinkle with nutmeg or
cinnamon.
