HOT ESPRESSO DRINKS



"CIOCCOLACCINO"
Cappuccino
Hot chocolate
Whipped cream
Bitter chocolate shavings
Thick slice of orange (optional)
Grated orange peel or ground cinnamon

To make cappuccino, fill a glass with 1/3 espresso,
1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 frothed milk. Pour
equal amounts of cappuccino and hot chocolate
over a slice of orange in a cup. top with whipped
cream and garnish with grated orange peel or
ground cinnamon.

"HOT ESPRESSO" CHOCOLATE
1 demitasse cup of espresso (2 oz.)
1 cup hot chocolate (8 oz.)
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon

Mix espresso and hot chocolate.
Whip cream and fold in orange peel and sugar.
Top espresso drink with whipped cream and
sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

"HAZLENUT TRUFFLE LATTÉ"
Pour 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup and 1/2 ounce
Hazlenut Syrup into a tall glass. Add one shot
espresso. Stir. Fill with steamed milk. Spoon
on froth.
"IRISH NUT"
Pour 1/2 ounce each Hazelnut and Irish Cream
Flavoring Syrup into a tall glass. Add a shot of
espresso. Fill balance with steamed milk. Spoon
on froth. Dust with nutmeg.
"IRISH CREAM EGG NOG LATTÉ"
Pour 3/4 ounce Irish Cream Flavoring Syrup
into a latté cup. Add 1 shot espresso. Fill
with frothed egg nog. Dust with chocolate
powder or nutmeg.
"NUTTIN' HONEY LATTÉ"
Pour 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 ounce
Hazlenut Flavoring Syrup into a latté cup.
Add 1 shot of espresso. Stir. Fill balance
with steamed milk. Spoon on froth.
Dust with nutmeg powder.
"SAN FRANCISCO CAPPUCCINO"
(contains alcohol)
1 demitasse cup of espresso (2 oz.)
1 cup hot steamed chocolate (8 oz.)
brandy to taste
whipped cream
cinnamon (optional)

Mix espresso, hot chocolate, and brandy together.
Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

"VIENNESE MOCHA"
Pour 2/3 ounce thick chocolate syrup
and 1/2 ounce almond syrup into a glass.
Add a shot of espresso. Fill with steamed
milk. Top with frothed milk. Garnish
with cinnamon.
"WHITE COW"
Pour 3/4 ounce chocolate syrup and
1/2 ounce Vanilla Flavoring syrup into
a tall glass. Add 1 shot of espresso.
Stir. Fill balance with steamed milk.
Top with whipped cream and
chocolate sprinkles.
