8 ounces espresso
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 cup whipping cream
Combine espresso, milk, vanilla,
and sugar.
Stur until sugar is dissolved.
Chill. At serving
time, place ice cream in
glass and pour espresso
mixture over it. Whip cream,
sweetening with
sugar to taste.
