Break all the breads into a large container. Set aside.
Put all the ingredients except eggs into a saucepan.
Boil 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Pour over the
breads. Toss and add more drippings if you prefer a more moist
stuffing. Add lightly beaten egg. Mix lightly. Place on a greased
cookie sheet and cook at 300°F. for 30 mintues. For a moist
stuffing, pile on sheet, for a drier stuffing, spread out.
