HELOISE'S CORNBREAD STUFFING 1 can biscuits, cooked
1 package yellow cornbread, baked
....according to directions)
1 loaf white bread, toasted
2 eggs, uncooked
1 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery tops
1/2 to 1 tablespoon sage
1/2 to 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
2 cups water
1 cup turkey drippings
salt and pepper to taste

Break all the breads into a large container. Set aside.
Put all the ingredients except eggs into a saucepan.
Boil 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Pour over the
breads. Toss and add more drippings if you prefer a more moist
stuffing. Add lightly beaten egg. Mix lightly. Place on a greased
cookie sheet and cook at 300°F. for 30 mintues. For a moist
stuffing, pile on sheet, for a drier stuffing, spread out. 1
