6 cups torn spinach (8 ounces)
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
Add oranges and mushrooms. Toss, cover, chill.
In a lidded jar, mix oil, juice, seeds, salt.
Shake. Chill. Shake again and pour over salad.
Toss and sprinkle with almonds.
