TURKEY MELT

2 slices whole grain bread, lightly toasted
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 small avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
6 slices cooked turkey
2 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 slices cheddar cheese

Preheat broiler. Place the toasted bread slices on a
baking sheet. Spread with mayonnaise, then cover
evenly with the avocado slices. Top each with 3
slices turkey, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup
alfalfa sprouts and 1 slice cheese.

Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about
1 minute. Serve immediately.
