JUSTIN WILSON'S SHRIMP-MACARONI SALAD
High in cholesterol but, oh, so good!

DRESSING
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worchestershire
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • Beat together olive oil and mayonnaise til creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Set aside.

    SALAD

  • 1 pound macaroni, cooked & drained
  • 1 dozen hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped dill pickle
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1 pound peeled cooked shrimp, chopped
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add dressing and toss well. Makes about 1/2 gallon.
