Combine seasoning mix in a small bowl. Preheat oven to 450°F. Sprinkle all surfaces of fish with 4 teaspoons of the seasoning. Combine crumbs, parsley, onions, and remaining seasoning in a bowl. Add oil and mix with fingers til moist. Dredge fish, pressing down gently. Shake off the excess. Place on a nonstick baking sheet, presentation side up, and cook 6 minutes. Turn and cook 6 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes. |
