BANANA JAM
(I'm sorry, but I don't remember how
much this makes.)

6 cups sliced bananas
3 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Place bananas in a large enamel pot and add lemon juice
and sugar. Let stand for an hour. Bring to a boil over low heat,
stirring constantly for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour into sterile jars
and place lids on the jars. Store in the refrigerator. If you want
you may heat-seal for storage on shelves. 1
